The Best Szechuan Shrimp
This latest recipe “find” was such a pleasant surprise! When I read the recipe I thought how simple it was and wondered how could it possibly be super delicious. Well, let me tell you that this was yummy and will definitely be included in our regular rotation.
Typically we do not use many items that are processed, however, the Paul Newman Sesame Ginger Dressing is a key ingredient and could not be more tasty. There are no additives or preservatives in the dressing, so we thought we would give it a try.
Easy Peasy Is The Key
After a busy day, this was the perfect meal and enjoyed by everyone.
What we liked about the Szechuan Shrimp recipe is that you can add sugar snap peas, julienned red pepper for color or any other vegetables that you love. We also added additional ginger and some garlic which made this even yummier. The original recipe included topping the shrimp with toasted nuts. We did not do this.
If you add some noodles or rice, serve with the Crispy Asian slaw and a refreshing Chardonnay, you have a well rounded and excellent meal.
