The US embraces a traditional recipe from the UK!
This is a special recipe from a very special lady! Our good friend has been making her mother-in-laws traditional dish for the family for many years. In honor of our recent trip to England, she agreed to write down the recipe, so that I can share it with you.
You can also refer to this as Shepherd’s pie, which is what my family called this dish. Every family has a different “take” on this recipe.
