Frenchy Friday is one of our favorite themes. We gather items from throughout our house that have a Frenchy “feel” and use them in our table setting.

We might be able to dine outside for just a little while longer here in South Florida. The heat is beginning to get unbearable, so we will continue to enjoy the patio as long as possible.
French Inspired Menu
Anyway, I think maybe a French-inspired menu might be in order. A while back we featured a delicious cheese souffle. This time we are pairing it that with a fresh arugula salad with shaved parmesan (more cheese) and lemon vinaigrette for dinner. Add a crusty baguette and you have the perfect Frenchy meal. This would make a great vegetarian meal for any night of the week.
Now, the important part. What wine would pair well with this menu? I think a Pride Mountain Vineyards Chardonnay would be perfect! We love their red wines and the hubs discovered their Chardonnay on our last trip to Napa and fell in love.

Cheese Souffle For Brunch Or Dinner – Oh Yes!
Below is a previous post where we served the souffle as a substitute for an egg dish for brunch. Making this for dinner is also a great option! This recipe is so easy that you will want to make it all of the time.
