Super Easy Pizza Dough For Any Day Of The Week
Many years ago, my friend Mo gave me this recipe. Not only is it easy, but you also do not need special tools or pizza pans to make this delicious pie. I use large baking sheets with a little cornmeal sprinkled on the bottom. The crust turns out crispy and just perfect. Making it in a food processor makes this so simple that you can make this anytime.
We prefer fresh mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan on our pies. Add some pizza sauce or your favorite strained pasta sauce as a base. You can even just slice up some fresh tomatoes instead of the sauce, and scatter over the top. This recipe makes two large baking sheet sized pizzas. The variations are unlimited, and always yummy!

Thanks so much, Kim! This looks so good…do you know if it works with the gluten free flour?
